Burnout affects people in different ways and impacts both physical and mental health. If you, or someone that you know, needs help, please refer to the support options available below:

Urgent Support

If you or someone that you know is in crisis and needs urgent mental health support, please click below for a list of international helplines that are here to help.

Non-urgent support can be sought through your primary health care provider, or through counselling or psychology services.

Many workplaces also offer access to Employee Assistance Programs which offer free and confidential support to employees.
